The polymer made from raw materials like PET Chips, PTA, MED or PET Flakes is melted and cooled down rapidly, this process creates tows which are bundle of filaments gathered from melt spinning techniques.Tows are obtained from the processes called crimping and drawing, and then cut into fixed lengths. These cut fibres are called polyester staple fibre.
